Training Scenario Short Version

Realism

Each system is approximately the same weight as their live fire counterpart with almost identical operating controls. Additional accessories provide the same optics or other aids that may be used by an operator. At realistic close combat ranges these systems are surprisingly accurate and allow the user to employ tactics used in real life hostile situations. There is minimum climatic effect and in extreme adverse environmental conditions each model can be tuned to ensure maximum reliability. The audio report is reduced and not damaging to hearing, this allows instructors to advise students in training. The SATTRAM system provides the student or aficionado with a realistic Training or Gaming Tool or a cost effective solution for a realistic training environment as safely as possible.

Safety

Using the SATTRAM system users will get the most realistic safe weapons use. The projectiles come in three types; the standard Paint-Ball, the Rubber-Ball and the Powder-Ball. Each projectile is .43 -10mm. the Rubber-Ball can be reloaded subject to deterioration or damage from excessive use. The Powder ball  development by APS RAM and has been well received by both the gamming community and professional trainers. The hit-mark is easily spotted by training adjudicators without damage to uniforms or equipment normally associated with damp marks characteristic of the Paint-Ball round. Powder-Ball can be used with operational camouflage or expensive Nomex uniforms used by special police and military units. Like our other products Powder-Ball has been carefully developed to reduce the likelihood of injury even at very close range, even breaking the projectile skin will not cause barrel clogging.

Ease of Use

The SATTRAM system is simple and easy to use in any scenario. Tactical accessories, can be interchanged with live fire operational weapons, apart from magazines. This includes actual sighting systems, slings and load bearing equipment. This ensures training is even more realistic. There is no requirement for expensive training areas or extensive safety zones.  Live ammunition cannot be fired from any model, reducing the need for high risk storage armouries. If any SATTRAM model is misplaced there is no danger to members of the general public being hurt with any form of deadly ammunition.  Like any other deactivated or realistic look alike, in the United Kingdom, the carrying of these units must comply with the Law.
